David and his team are very easy to deal with. They took care of everything after the tenant vacated, eg painting, display furniture etc to get the property looking its best. When the first selling strategy was not working as intended after two weeks David proposed a new one that paid off almost instantly. Didn't pressure me into accepting the first offer cos he could intuit a better one was just around the corner and he was right. The whole process took less than a month.
