We saw the apartment in mid December and managed to get a deal done within 10 days or so. We didn't have a pre-approval at the time so David took the time to talk to the mortgage broker so we could work out a deal within days. It was a great concerted effort on all sides and I was thoroughly satisfied with the communication, responsiveness from both David and Lukas who both did me a tremendous service. We moved in today and I must say that I am satisfied how everything went down. Warm recommendation if you are interested in the area they service.
