We saw the apartment in mid December and managed to get a deal done within 10 days or so. We didn't have a pre-approval at the time so David took the time to talk to the mortgage broker so we could work out a deal within days. It was a great concerted effort on all sides and I was thoroughly satisfied with the communication, responsiveness from both David and Lukas who both did me a tremendous service. We moved in today and I must say that I am satisfied how everything went down. Warm recommendation if you are interested in the area they service.
David and the team provided an exceptional experience. As an investor selling the property they advised vacant possession which was great advice. In addition, they organised quotes and trades for repainting, flooring, electrical and styling then proceeded to project manage the maintenance process. This was a welcome part of the service so we didn't have to coordinate trades and access to the property. David and the team at MGM Martin are highly recommended in our view.
The team at MGM Martin were fantastic in helping us find the right property in Zetland. David made time for us on short notice to take us through the properties we had shortlisted as we had come from interstate at the last minute. His knowledge on the area was excellent and he was always willing to take our calls (even on his days off). The rest of the team were amazing with Lukas helping us quite a bit as well. All in all we could not recommend David or the MGM Martin team enough.
David was open and honest in all communications, and responsive to questions and enquiries. He had no issue being flexible as we were overseas and at times the time difference made it a little more difficult.
