When we first started looking to buy in Zetland we saw that many listings were with David Bettini and we immediately knew he was the agent we would buy from. As it turned out he really does have all the best listings in the area, they are always well presented so it’s a nice experience to view them. We purchased our stunning new apartment off market from David and couldn’t be happier. He was very professional, extremely knowledgeable about the area and very easy going all at the same time! We highly recommend David.

David helped me with some property sales and we were very happy with the result and the experience. he made the process both smooth and easy.

David and Jamie are extremely professional throughout our entire selling and settlement process. Could not recommend them enough to anyone who is looking for the best agent to sell their property.

David and his team have excellent knowledge of the area, they did exactly what they said and had my unit sold within days. Extremely happy with his service and highly recommended to anyone selling in the area.

David and Jamie handled the sale of my property in Sydney. They made the whole experience so easy for me, particularly given I live in QLD. Jamie expertly project managed a number of renovations and maintenance of the property prior. It was completed within record time, and as promised with no unexpected surprises. Communication throughout was excellent and everything they promised they delivered on. Having purchased this property from David 5 years earlier, there was no other agent i would trust to handle the sale based on David’s knowledge of the area and my property. Thanks guys, appreciate the great experience.

David was very professional and knowledgable and helped me through the entire buying process.

Since we started looking for properties in Zetland , Martin Real State always offered the best quality properties in the area and we knew that buying one from their portfolio was going to be a good option. I have been fortunate enough to have past dealings with team DB as a buyer however, this time round I was the vendor. I would not trust any other agent to look after the sale of my property. David and Jamie were always so helpful and accommodating and during these exceptional times, worked very hard on finding the right buyer for my property.

David and the team at MGM Martin were very professional to work with regarding the sale of my property in Zetland who I had originally purchased it through. Both David and Peter were on hand all the time to provide me with advice and very useful information regarding the the end-to-end sale of my property. Everything from choosing the right designer through to the lawyer who helped me with the sale contract. It was a very seamless process and was very quick which I appreciated. My property was sold in a very short time off market due to their extensive database of prospective buyers and the timely and well m managed open houses of my property. I very much appreciate the effort that both David and Peter went took to get this done. Thank you David and Peter for a great result! It has been a pleasure working with you both.
