We have had the great opportunity to work with David and his team on both selling our former apartment and purchasing our new home. In both instances, David demonstrated remarkable knowledge, professionalism and negotiation skills. It was terrific working with such an expert team!
David's marketing knowledge and communication skills are outstanding. If you are new to the property game, David and his team will guide you through all your questions and anxieties. I have been buying and selling property a long time and David is overall possibly the best I have worked with. I strongly recommend you meet with David and you will be surprised by his leadership qualities and his drive to achieve for you
Really happy with the selling experience. Thanks for the professionalism and excellent service from David. Highly recommend!!
Working with David and Peter to secure my first property was a smooth and straightforward process. As a first home buyer, they were helpful in guiding me through the complex process, and they were responsive and proactive throughout. Highly recommended.
David was highly professional and gave good insight into the property purchased and local area. He was responsive in communication and easy to deal with. We would recommend David and the team to work with.
We’ve used David and his team to buy and sell 3 properties now, each time he has impressed us pre, during and post the purchase, his advice always strategically sound and his professionalism always on point. Highly recommend.
I have been looked after very well by David and his team. David is a real expert, his judgement is amazingly accurate! In terms of selling price guide, timing to make adjustment, even at what point the genuine buyer will turn up! His negotiation skills also strong, under such market condition, I am still getting about what I expect! More precious, which I do appreciate is that he followed my case himself, even my one is just a one bedroom apartment. (not like what I came across in my other property, the agent I choose pass my case to his assistant and basically only his assistant looked after me) Will definitely love to deal with David again and recommend him to friends.
David & Peter were excellent to deal with. At all times they were professional, polite, considerate and kept us fully informed. The sale was quick and stress free and we were fully guided through the process. We highly recommend them both to anyone wishing to sell in the Waterloo area. Lesley & Mark.
David conducted himself in a professional manner and was very helpful and informative of our initial offers to the vendor as well as ongoing throughout settlement.
