I followed his suggestions to present the apartment, and he came with a buyer in two weeks after listing. Although the price was a little bit lower than expected, he was flexible to handle it and I finally accepted the offer. The timing was close to end of 2019. It took about four weeks to close the deal from signing the agent contract and another 42 days to settle.
