David is an absolute professional, throughout the buying process he looked for suitable properties and made several recommendations for us to consider. When we finally settled on the house we wanted to purchase David helped us navigate the buying process with his clear communication style and strong market knowledge. As a buyer or a seller I would highly recommend working with David Beveridge.
David was friendly and knowledgeable about the local market. I found him a pleasure to deal with and very much appreciated his open, honest communication. I’d recommend David to anyone looking for a local agent.
We met David at many houses before we dealt with him on the purchase of our home. David was always very professional but showed a great deal more personal interest in us than other agents that we came across. He remembered us as well as our house requirements, and actively kept in contact about houses that he thought might be of interest. He was calm and handled the negotiations in a thoroughly gentlemanly manner. We have nothing but praise for David. In a market where we were thoroughly disillusioned with estate agents, David shone through.
David is diligent, honest and a great communicator. He was always happy to take that extra step to ensure we had the best chances to sell our property and was always willing to try something new to improve. His advice and guidance was key to getting us across the line to successfully sell our home.
David has been outstanding in every way He has been calm, patient and encouraging along the way He achieved my aim in selling I would highly recommend him
David was extremely helpful on our purchase. We were selling and buying at the same time and it was a very stressful time for us. David introduced our new house to us as a off market property. He was very clear in his communication and understood our situation very well. He made the transaction process fast and steers fee. He was very good at communicating with the vendor in regards to selling the property off market. He was very clear & fast answering questions. Because of his professionalism , we manage to secure the property within few days.
David recently sold our property off market. I would highly recommend using David, he is trustworthy and an excellent communicator throughout the process. He has a very strong market knowledge and the insights we gained from his experience helped us achieve a good result with minimum of fuss. Prior to selling he provided us advice on how to best present the property with a realistic analysis of the results we would achieve from that investment. David and the team at Ray White in St Ives were excellent to deal with throughout the process and I would highly recommend using them when selling your property.
David is on top of his game, very professional and approachable. David has been very pleasant to work with and we appreciate his professionalism and promptness in responding our questions which may have been a little more than usual just because this was our first real estate purchase in Australia. He always made us feel comfortable about asking questions and always got us the answers we needed in a quick turnaround. Thank you David for your help!

He guided us through the whole process , and we achieved a very quick positive sale! We found him to be sincere and a true gentleman, who was responsive at all times. We would have no hesitation in recommending him.
David was always very courteous and professional. He never placed pressure on either parties, was always realistic, honest and very approachable. We would highly recommend David as an agent to both buy a property from or to sell a property with. A pleasure to deal with.
David's professionalism and drive were at the highest level from the first meeting through to the successful sale.
