David at all times acted with absolute integrity. We were selling at a time of decline in the market and could not get what we originally asked for. His personal market knowledge was good on what had actually sold and what was available to sell. We are not sure what analyses are done by these agent organisations, but suspect that they could do more to both track the market and understand what is happening, and then predict market trends in specific areas. Hence the organisational rating of 4 on market knowledge. None of this reflects on David's abilities to achieve a sale. Thanks David.
