David Beveridge was a pleasure to deal with. Not the stereotype agents and very reliable and honest. Gave us a lot of local information and provided honest opinion. Never pushed the sale and was true to his word from day 1. Helped us out with the whole process and the amount of innumerable queries from us:) David is knowledgeable and knows his market. Overall I think we have met a good friend in the neighbourhood!
