David was attentive, well informed and efficient in all dealings of my purchase. He has excellent knowledge and understanding of the requirements of the purchaser and vendor and is professional at all times. He kept the inevitable stress of the process to a minimum for all parties. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend David Beveridge as an Agent.

At the outset I have long been sceptical on the value that estate agents add to the transaction process. The simple fact is, I wish more estate agents put the same level of professionalism into their jobs as David does. Given our somewhat unique circumstances, the added level of care and attention David provided was invaluable. There was also a level of honesty at all points of the process as it related to expectations - there was no attempt to sugar coat valuations which made us both feel far more comfortable and allowed us to set realistic expectations against which David and his team duly delivered into what would appear to be a softening property market. We would have no hesitation in recommending David and Team.

David was great and communicated very clearly and transparently throughout the process, we knew what was happening every step of the way. He was also very reliable and had wonderful knowledge of the market. I would definitely recommend him - very trustworthy and easy to work with.

Fast, responsive and sound advice helped us to sell our Unit in Turramurra quickly for a great price that we were happy with. I couldn't recommend David more highly for his manner and professionalism. He just made the whole process easy and transparent. His valuable advice helped us from presentation and styling the property through to negotiation of the sale. 100% Happy.

David had been very helpful on my recent property purchase, highly recommended.

I would definitely recommend David, he is professional, a good communicator and honest. He knows the St Ives area very well, was realistic in his pricing and achieved on his promise. David always kept us up to date after each open and we felt he worked at all times to meet our needs.

We bought and sold our house with David, even in a tough market he had our house sold in three weeks. Very professional, great communicator.

David is honest about the deal. He would not like other agents who play around with the seller or purchaser. He is a professional in his field. I have no hesitation in recommending him to my friends.

Throughout this whole negotiating and purchasing process, David has been an honest, trustworthy and friendly agent. He has helped us through this period with politeness, honesty and his communication skill were excellent. He helped to calm us down when the negotiations were a bit tense and spoke to the vendors on our behalf many times and eventually a satisfactory result occurred. Would not hesitate to recommend David Beveridge as an agent .

We first met David when he sold us this property in 2014. He was honest, down-to-earth and extremely professional, unlike a lot of other agents we had been dealing with when trying to secure a home at the time. Fast forward to 2018 and with the decision made to sell and relocate, we knew there was only one agent we wanted to work with. Throughout the entire process, David worked extremely hard to get us the result we wanted – and he did! He was full of great advice in helping us prepare the house for sale, open to hearing our ideas in terms of marketing, transparent about how everything was progressing and generally made a stressful time in our lives a whole lot easier. We highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.

I decided to use David to sell my property after we purchased a property from him. I was impressed by his knowledge and honesty and he was a genuine, nice person. Happy to recommend him.
