When initially meeting David he was great. However once the contract was signed I felt like a number. I had to follow up with almost everything. I felt forgotten about at one point. Even when settlement was a whole month and half away he called the day of pre settlement and stated that he thought I’d moved in already, and was looking at his bookings to see I was booked that afternoon for presentment. He didn’t even come to the property it was someone else even though this was booked in weeks before. This was my first home buying experience and I really didn’t feel supported during the process by David. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but I think this might be a learning curve for David to maybe be more supportive towards his clients and make them feel like they are making the right decision with a large purchase. Kim at the office was amazing and made things happen when David was uncontactable.
