I’d highly recommend David selling your property, as buyers we did not have much to do with him, got us to make our highest & final offer within half hour of viewing the property. The property was tenanted & very dirty, property ad & our contract stated they were supposed to be out 7 days before we settled and they were not. Bond cleaner was part of contract & only started cleaning on the day of settlement, which pushed our settlement back another day & cleaner told me she would be finished 230 that day & walked out that afternoon as the old owners had not paid. Would have been nice to have an agent on our side to ensure tenants were out & our contract honoured in regards to cleaning. Nothing against David as I said he did a great job for the sellers
