David has done an excellent job to market our house. It was on the market for approx 3 weeks ( & only 1 open house) before we had a contract. David has been great the whole way through, letting us know what was happening. We cannot recommend David enough, we are very happy with the Excellent service, the outcome & time frame.
David made purchasing our new property an easy and hassle free task. Very Polite and easy to speak to on the phone when first asking about the property and going above and beyond to help meet a tight schedule. Would highly recommend david for future sales.
David is a very thorough professional, he was honest on what price he believed we could get us, provided regular feedback throughout the sale. We did not have a worry during the sale and the price he achieved for us was above what we were after.

Thanks to David Bishop from Page and Pearce we sold our home within 6 weeks and with today's market we were happy with the price David negotiated for us, he went beyond the call of duty for us and we would certainly go with him again.
I had to ring David to know what was happening to Mum's place. I only received Domain reports which didn't really tell me anything. In the end the picture of the house that was shown wasn't even the right house. While David was away the house was sold by Darren and I was told that he had checked with everyone and it was the best we could get. When David returned we were offered $35 000 more which we couldn't accept as the contract had been signed. I feel that if I was better informed I might have known about this other party who had looked at Mum's house on several occasions. I had no idea of what was happening. I am however pleased that the house was sold as it will cover Mum's RAD payments.
