I had to ring David to know what was happening to Mum's place. I only received Domain reports which didn't really tell me anything. In the end the picture of the house that was shown wasn't even the right house. While David was away the house was sold by Darren and I was told that he had checked with everyone and it was the best we could get. When David returned we were offered $35 000 more which we couldn't accept as the contract had been signed. I feel that if I was better informed I might have known about this other party who had looked at Mum's house on several occasions. I had no idea of what was happening. I am however pleased that the house was sold as it will cover Mum's RAD payments.
