An intial inspection and discussion David advised where to place the house on the market. He used mainly indiviual viewings and some open houses. David encoutaged the buyers to meet my price (after I had reduced it slightly). David did not give me much feedback on some of the viewings but once the buyers had signed he went out of his way to get the contract to meto sign
