I know it's the blokes job, bit to say this guy goes above and beyond in terms of helping us in terms of being available to answer our queries was a pleasure, and a relief. There are so many things that are part of the process to end up in this position, and David has done a lot of the small contact things, and organised services to be notified. I think people have a doubting view of real estate agents, but this bloke is as genuine and honest as you will come across. Thanks David, and Page and Pearce for the time and help you gave us.
