David and his team were fantastic in particular Vanessa they helped every step of the way no question too silly we were kept informed and our house sold after the first open house it was a very pleasant surprise got told that even after the house sold ,people were asking if the house was still on the market so in a nut shell very happy we went with David

David gave us realistic advice as to the time it may take to sell our house and his advice on the correct market value was realistic and at no stage did he apply pressure to us to move downward to achieve a sale. David and his assistant Vanessa are strong communicators and we were always well informed of the market reaction to our opens and advertisements David always remained optimistic that we would find a good buyer , we just needed patience David's knowledge of real estate contract wording enabled us to find a win / win for both parties

John and I made the purchase after viewing the property online, as we live in NSW much information was provided to my sister from David who passed it onto us. David followed up with calls back whenever needed and his assistant was able to arrange for us to view the property after a quick flight over before the cooling off.
