I have known David for many years and am very pleased with the way he has treated me during and after past transactions and again on this occasion. He is extremely courteous and more than happy to answer any questions that I asked. He also returns calls and messages in a very timely manner. He is very good at explaining the contract and processes that need to occur to ensure a smooth transaction takes place. I am very pleased with the result and would definitely recommend David to anyone needing a real estate agent, selling or purchasing.

David’s guidance through our house sale process gave us the confidence to make this huge change in our lives. He knew the market well in regards to vineyards. His contact with us went beyond a normal 40hr. week. An all round nice guy with professional knowledge.

Good feedback after opens. Provided guidance about pricing to gain interest from buyers. Good negotiating re selling price to achieve the sale.

He is very experienced & knowledgeable

I am very happy that I finally bought the house from him. He was good to deal with . He was on holiday when we first saw the house but just came back on time for the negotiation. From the buyers point of view he was great to deal with.

We found David kept us upto date with the sale process and was always available to answer any questions. We would recommend him to others.
