David was recommended to us via the Marketing Manager at Lights View retirement homes. Although we didn't take up that opportunity at Lights View, we contacted David and immediately felt at ease with him. He had a lot of experience with people like us moving from our large family home into a retirement village. He explained the market to us and provided us with an analysis of properties in our area. We had talked to a few agents before David, but found him more understanding and realistic. We were happy with his appraisal of our house and the methods in which he proposed to market it. We were also happy with his fees which was also a very good incentive to work with him. He kept us abreast of what would happen and the outcome of each open. In our dealings with David, he has gone above and beyond what he should have had to do. We feel the vendors did not behave with integrity throughout this process ... and the final straw was the considerable amount of rubbish left on the premises after settlement.
