I found David Canning very friendly and approachable. He knew the previous owners and the details of the property well. He was always willing to arrange another inspection and to be present for the building and pest inspection. He helped arrange a time with the previous owners so that they could explain all the intricacies of the property to me eg the bore and irrigation lines. On the day of settlement I was able to pick up the keys from your office and both David Canning and David Bishop were there to see me and present me with a lovely gift basket. Some weeks after settlement David Canning helped me with contact details when I needed advice with some irrigation repairs. I would definitely recommend both Davids and use their services again.
