We found Jodi Westcott to be open and honest negotiator, not just in representing the best interests of her vendor clients but also in conveying factual information on condition of the property and likely renovation required to improve liveability. This assisted us in placing what we thought would be a realistic bid, taking into account property location, current market conditions and our financial arrangements. We found Jodi was able to establish a quick rapport with us and to be most responsive in handling our queries. Jodi opened the property up for a subsequent private inspection and kept in close contact through the subsequent contract negotiation and sales process, following acceptance of our offer.
