I had had my doubts about the market when I sold my house as one very similar only a few metres away had just passed in at auction for an abysmal amount. David was incredibly helpful and took control of the whole situation. I handed the key over and never even saw the inside of the house again. He had buyers lined up almost instantly and listened to my input whilst also providing great advice. The house was gone in a flash for the price I wanted.
