David is super knowledgeable about the area and has been in the business for a long time. He and his team were approachable through our inspections of the property, the only nitpick if I had to was - they could be more supportive over the phone/email for inquiries, and that the price guide could have been more realistic (we did our own research and knew this was way off). Other than that, the team was very professional and supportive.
