Great experience selling our property with David Choy. He is professional, highly knowledgeable, great communication and has an amazing energy. We were impressed with David, Nora and his entire team and he achieved a great result for us.
We had considered selling our home due to downsizing but we’re in no rush as we had already purchased our new property. When we first listed we went with another agent although at the time we had interviewed David. It was obvious that this was a big mistake and hence no sale or any prospective offers worth considering were achieved. We took it off market and spoke to other agents whom we signed non exclusive agreements with as they were very eager and persistent promising the world and after several months no result was achieved from all three of them. They talked the talk but could not walk the walk. Some of them were literally cowboys, over promising and under delivering. Some would make appointments and then cancel at short notice and some did not even have the common courtesy of responding to messages. We then engaged David and from start to finish the campaign, marketing, open homes and communication was faultless. Professionalism from start to finish and you could always see and feel his passion and drive for real estate. It is very rare that I write reviews because everybody’s experience is unique. I am gladly writing this as I have had the opportunity to compare several agents through our journey and David is definitely a stand out and leader in his field.
