David helped the reviewer sell this property

The Gold Standard in Real Estate Sales

10 out of 10! We couldn't be happier with the result and the service we received throughout the entire campaign with David and Hills Prestige. From our very first meeting, David provided outstanding advice on how to best prepare our home for sale, including practical recommendations for staging and improvements that made a significant difference to the presentation of the property, even meeting me onsite at short notice when I was able to travel back to Sydney. What really stood out was the level of expertise and transparency before the campaign even began. We were given clear expectations about the process, the market, buyer behaviour, and the likely outcomes, which allowed us to make informed decisions and feel confident every step of the way. Communication throughout the campaign was exceptional. We received regular updates after every inspection, detailed feedback from buyers, and proactive advice whenever decisions needed to be made. We always felt informed and supported. David was always available and super fast to respond. The commitment to open homes was unlike anything we've seen from other agents. Multiple inspections were conducted on the same day when required, and the planned open homes across both Saturdays and Sundays provided buyers with every opportunity to view the property. This level of effort and accessibility was truly unique in the market and undoubtedly contributed to the strong buyer interest generated. Our campaign concluded with a successful sale on the target date, and we firmly believe the outstanding result was achieved because of the David's strategic approach, tireless work ethic, market knowledge, and genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for us. We highly recommend David and Hills Prestige to anyone considering selling their home. An exceptional experience from start to finish and a well-deserved 10/10.
