Amazing, friendly agent

David and his team recently sold our family house. We found David great from the start - very friendly and honest, happy to provide suggestions on things we should /should not consider in terms of fixing up the house for sale, and how it would affect a potential sale. His communication was excellent as well - always very quick to return phone calls, messages, and continually keeping us up to date with open houses/inspections and what potential buyers were thinking about the house. This all just made things feel very seamless and stress-free for us. He also put us on to some amazing tradespeople as well who renovated the house as well.
