Selling property can involve a lot of emotion and David is great at re-assuring vendors to let the process run it's course and not make any rash decisions that would risk a good outcome. He is an excellent communicator and was always available to provide informative responses to all my queries. David takes pride in his work which is really refreshing and would regularly ask for feedback on whether I was happy with his approach and had any concerns. During the sales process, we started to get a good idea of market price through sales of similar properties in the area. David did a great job of getting me a price within this range.
