I found David's knowledge of the market to be extremely accurate. As I live abroad it was important that I had regular updates, David understood this and kept me informed at all stages of the sale. He was helpful and always went the extra mile to ensure that the sale went through smoothly. I have no hesitation in recommending his services to anyone considering selling their property in the Rockingham area.
David helped Len and Veronica Sheedy sell 12 St Malo Cove Warnbro and made it all happen. As above
David was an excellent agent due to his attentive nature and no heavy sales pressure. He was always available and ready to rearrange his schedule to suit our requirements. I would highly recommend David to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.
A true gentleman. Couldn’t do enough for us. Always polite and always willing to help us find our new home. I recommended David to a friend and he sold her house in a short time. We would recommend David again to anyone.
David kept me informed every step of the way and managed to achieve a quick sale and top sale price in a very difficult market.
Fantastic service and didn't hesitate to help with anything. Always answered any queries and was there every step of the way. Highly recommend David.
David did his best at all times for us. He went out of his way to try and make our purchase go through as smoothly as possible. I would feel no hesitation in recommending David as an agent to anyone. Cheers Heather Snelling
We have found David Dennett to be extremely professional in all our dealings with him. In today's slow climate of selling properties, David exceeded our expectations in what he sold the property for. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend or use David again in the future. Graeme and Lorraine
David is approachable professional and nothing is too much trouble for him I highly recommend buying a property from David
Dave did a fantastic job in supplying information and recommendations to us in the sale of the property. Thank you Dave
Both Martin and myself highly recommend David Dennett as your selling agent. He's been in the Real Estate business and in the local area for a long time and therefore he knows and understands what it takes to sell your property in a flat market. As you can appreciate it can be quite stressful selling your home, David kept us sane; and we appreciated him keeping us informed every week with his open, honest communication. If we were to sell again, David would be our first and only agent we would want.
