July this year I gave two other sales persons a chance to conduct an appraisal along with David, both came in 15-20% less as a sale price than David. As my family and I have used David to sell 4 properties in the past I was comfortable that the sale price he gave me was going to be close to what I would settle on and not just trying to win the sale. 6 weeks later a signed contract for the advertised price. David is truly an old school professional in how he goes about his business, and he does everything to make the process not stressful, you never have to worry about anything. David has always been our go to agent over the last 15 years regardless which company he was working for when we have sold our properties and will continue to be for our future sales.
