From start to finish we had confidence in David. He was the first agent we spoke to, with a vague idea of when we wanted to sell and how to do it. He gave us the info we required with out the sales spin and walked away leaving the decisions in our hands. David is very professional and kept his promises. Selling your home is always stressful and sometimes can be more complicated than you'd expected. In our case, we tried to sell our small unit without any renovation. Initially, it did not achieve a good auction result but David was very patient and ensured us that he is for us and working hard on helping us to achieve the price that we want. We listed it for sale and sold it a few weeks later with the price that he initially estimate we can sell for.
