We listed it for sale and sold it a few weeks later with the price that he initially estimate we can sell for. David was a pleasure to deal with regarding the sale of a residential property. He was always made time for me when I needed it, talked me clearly through the process, took a lot of the stress off my shoulders and was a calming and reassuring figure throughout. (This is why I have given him 5 stars for negotiation even though I have not been at the table to see him in action negotiating with other parties). The sales process was quite long but he stuck to his guns and in the end achieved and delivered the desired outcome. You can tell that he is an expert in his field and in his geographical area. He has great staff too.

I really didn't bother engaging other agents to sell our place after I had met with Dave. The service he and his team provide is absolutely professional and impeccable. As soon as I sent through an initial inquiry to his team, I was contacted within the hour and a meeting was scheduled a couple of days later. After the first meeting, my husband and I were so happy with his offering that we didn't engage any others.
