It's our first time selling, and I'd always heard that sale process was up there with some of life's most challenging events in terms of how stressful it could be. During our process however, David & Voula constantly had me thinking "Well that was easier than I expected" in terms of preparing the house for photos or open-house viewings, signing contracts, deciding on marketing budgets, etc. When we exchanged contracts, I just thought "I don't know what other people complain about!" After an exhaustive (and exhausting) search for the right home for our family, we found 'the one'. Having dealt with a number of agents along the way, I was gearing up to deal with 'another real estate agent'. Thankfully, David is not just another real estate agent. We are first home buyers and he explained the process with care and without rushing or patronising us. When we were ready to put an offer in, he told us how the offer would be dealt with and communicated with us at every step.
