The whole experience was clearly presented and discussed from start to finish. The process was clearly explained and outlined. David was thoughtful and approachable and unlike most real estate agents, I felt pretty transparent which is so important. He also looked a t every option and did his best in quite a difficult market. I would have liked information to be delivered a little more directly perhaps and have been included in the loop at the start, as I occasionally found I was receiving information after my ex partner ( I am aware that sometimes this is unavoidable however).
