David has built his career in real estate over 30 years, having owned and managed his own successful real estate agency in Castle Hill, then relocating to the Northern Beaches in 2004.
He launched his career in the growth corridor of Sydney’s north-west Hills District, and gained a wealth of experience in the high volume transaction environment, literally selling thousands of residential properties while also acquiring insights to all aspects of the property market including land acquisitions, medium density developments, land subdivisions and project marketing.
