David came to us highly recommended through a friend of the family who was a property developer. He had dealt with David on several occasions with excellent results. From our first contact David was totally professional in his approach and provided us with an indication of what we could expect from the sale of our block of land. Interestingly he put forward a prospective sale price which was higher than all other agents we approached, but he presented this price to us with evidence of what the local market was delivering in terms of recent sales. The property listed just before Christmas and we had 2 offers in early January and accepted the better of the two presented which was at a sell price we felt was certainly acceptable. This offer unfortunately fell over due to the purchaser taking an excessive amount of time to arrange finance, despite having been provided with an extension. The decision was made at David's recommendation, to remove the Under Offer status and within a week he had resold the property for us once again and in doing so, had been able to achieve a better sell price for us than the original accepted offer. David is honest, has a great manner and will work exceptionally hard for you to achieve the very best results and we recommend his services without hesitation.
