David went to a lot of trouble to present the property in the best possible way. His knowledge of how to sell in a difficult market is excellent, he made several suggestions and recommendations on how to best prepare the unit for "home opens" and private showings that were most effective. Compared to most other units on the market in this area the property sold quite quickly for a fair price, I was very pleased. David is very open, friendly and easy to work with, the process was stress - free.

He was good, once we decided on that property, everything was liased accordingly. He made his time available when building inspection was done.

David was great from the start going above and beyond to help sort the house; he put in so much time. effort and energy to review the house, give advice and be accurate with his estimations.
