He was good, once we decided on that property, everything was liased accordingly. He made his time available when building inspection was done.

David was great from the start going above and beyond to help sort the house; he put in so much time. effort and energy to review the house, give advice and be accurate with his estimations. The sale time was quick and David had many options for buyers; what he said he could do he actually delivered upon which is rare in this industry. I would recommend Dave to any potential buyer, one of the best I have seen and I have bought and sold a lot of houses.
