We recently purchased a property at 95 Pacific Road Palm Beach, moving in 2 weeks ago. During our initial inspection of the property during open homes, subsequent sales negotiations with David and his son BJ, together with visits to the property pre and post sale, both David and BJ went out of their way to make themselves available, and to provide additional information on the property.
