I have know David for 10 years, having originally bought the property from him in 2009, and having engaged David to subsequently manage it for us. In all that time, I have never had an issue with David or his team. David is extremely knowledgeable about real estate, and more specifically, the Northern Beaches. His ability to execute a deal and know when to negotiate with a buyer and when to stop, is invaluable but perhaps the most impressive aspect of the service David provides is his ability to cater to his clients specific needs. Having myself worked in the real estate investment industry, globally, for over 20 years I wanted someone to advise me, not dictate to me, and to only contact me (I live overseas) as and when relevant information was available or when there was something that needed discussing, and that is exactly what he and his team did; he respected my wishes throughout the sale process and always acted in my best interest. They even helped us to organise the shipment go our belongings post sale!! And I have to say the way they managed our home during the 10 years of ownership, while we were overseas, was excellent. I never had to worry about whether it was being well maintained or not. If you are thinking about using David and his team, I would have absolutely have no hesitation in recommending them for the job.
