Whilst recognising that the agent is working on behalf of the vendor, David was always courteous and friendly. We always felt that the information he gave us was accurate and in our situation made us feel confident in what we were doing. At no time did we feel what we were doing was a "waste of time'. We were more than happy with the the eventual outcome.
