After having our investment property managed by Ray White Croydon (the most exceptional property management group we have worked with), working with David Egan on the sale of our unit was also a great experience. As someone who clearly values professionalism and understands and values great service, and following through. David was in constant contact with either myself or my husband to provide us with progress and updates on the open for inspections and potential interest throughout the initial sale process. We most impressed with his dedication to getting the best price and working with buyers to get a great outcome. David faced a difficult task of selling my property at a time when enthusiasm for paying the top end price had waned and developers are prepared to wait for the bargain. Despite this he and his team managed to squeeze out a sale on auction day along with coffee, scones wine and flowers!

I was interstate for most of the campaign and settlement period, but David made it simple to handle everything remotely. I'm sure my sale was far from the largest David had on his books but I always felt that he gave just as much care and attention to my property as he would a million-dollar home. I never doubted that David was eager to secure the best possible price for my property and I would happily trust him with a property sale or purchase again.
