My wife, Sujitta and I rate David Egan as a consummate Real Estate professional. From the get go he has been focused on achieving the best outcome for us whilst ensuring his integrity with prospective buyers. We would recommend David to anyone considering selling their Real Estate. They will not be disappointed.
David was recommended to me by my conveyance and after engaging David to sell my property I would highly recommend him as an agent. Very happy how he handle the sale of my property in Mooroolbark.
We have used David's services on several occasions and have always found him to be extremely knowledgeable and professional. His advice has always been relevant and hasn't ever mislead us on a pricing guide for our properties. David is the type of agent that you can trust and be confident that he will get you the result you are after. He has never let us down in that regard. It is without hesitation that we would recommend David for the sale of your property!
David's general real estate knowledge and that of our specific demographic area enabled him to answer all of our questions quickly and confidently, giving us the reassurance that we needed. We would strongly encourage our friends and family to list their properties with him if they were considering selling.
David Egan sold our home in Wonga Park in March 2015. We were extremely happy with all aspects of the sales process including David's great communication skills, enthusiasm, expert advice and short time taken to sell our home. David kept us up-to-date at all times and provided written feedback after each open for inspection. Thank you to David and his team at Ray White Croydon for excellent service, a fantastic result and making a stressful process so seamless. We would have no hesitation in recommending David Egan to anyone considering selling their home in the local area.
We chose David to sell our property in January this year and are more than happy with our decision. David was honest, reliable and professional on all occasions and kept us up to date with what was happening at all times. Even after the sale of our house he has kept in touch to make sure we are totally happy with the whole sales experience. I would happily recommend David to anyone wanting to sell their house and would gladly purchase a house from him in the future due to his honesty. A great overall experience.
