There were no problems when we asked for repeated inspections and no pressure put on us regarding the time spent looking around and he gave us space when we were making the inspections. He made himself readily available when we called him. David showed a good knowledge of the properties in the area and was able to guide us to the type of properties which suited our budget and needs. My house has been valued in the past by David many times as the previous owner wasn't sure if it was the right time personally to sell. He gladly gave his time and expertise in viewing and reporting. The house was sold to me privately so David received no payment for his time. I need a fast sale without a lot of expense. My house block was still in the process of subdivision, the storm water was still being fixed (there was a digger in the back yard) and the fences weren't up yet. David sold my property for the price I hoped for, not the price I expected in 2 weeks. It was his recommendation on the way to sell and how to manage the advertising that made this possible. He was always on time, polite and never pushy. He communicated plans and possible inspections promptly and with notice. I would definitely recommend David to sell your home.
We were very happy to deal with David. He kept in touch regarding the property as we were out of country and had somebody walk through the property for us prior to us coming back. Whilst it was difficult to get open for inspection times with the tenants he made all the effort to ensure we got through the house and once a section 32 was available he ensured we were kept informed with forthcoming offers to enable us to come in and make an offer. During the settlement period David and team have also been helpful in dealing with our needs for the property. Overall we were happy dealing with David and would recommend him to others as well as utilise his services in the event of selling.
