From the first time we met David, he was the one for us to sell our house. He was polite, and explained the whole selling of the property step by step. Then once it was sold, it ended up being a 4 month moving out time due to the new buyers, which ended up being better in our favour. Overall if we (me) ever needed to sell again we would see if David was still in the area and have him again.
