David Egan is a very personable agent the undertakes his role in a professional and friendly manner. He does not pressure purchasers in any way, rather is helpful in providing advice and answering questions. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending David as your real estate agent.
David was a very professional and easy agent to deal with and made sure that we were aware of key matters of interest in the property. David readily organised a number of inspections on our behalf and this provided us with added comfort. The challenges that the current COVID-19 climate delivered has made the purchase arrangements different, however despite this David was able to ensure we had open communication on matters of interest. David was open and up-front re the pricing expected.
David helped us navigate a tough market to secure a competitive sale, he delivered everything he agreed to in a friendly and professional manner

David is a well informed professional in real estate. Extremely organised, enthusiastic attitude, polite, respectful, and was a delight to leave my home in his hands to promote and get fantastic results. Detailed eye gives David his edge in this industry and I have highly recommended him and always will. Thank you David for everything you accomplished towards my house campaign.
From day one, David was amazing and professional to deal with. David’s communication, knowledge and honesty made buying our first property a simple process. He was always willing to answer our little questions and provided us with updates at every stage even to just let us know he still hasn’t heard anything. I would highly recommend David and would definitely use him again in the future.
David was excellent to deal with in very uncertain times. David was very confident i would get my asking price and he didn't disappoint. Davids communication was great and he kept me in the loop through the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to use David again in the future.
We listed our property with another agent and was disappointed with no result after being on the market for 6 weeks, we decided to lease the property. I contacted Elaine Richards who had recently leased a neighbouring property. After having the conversation, she was happy to assist. As we were quite eager to sell the property, she referred us to Ray White Croydon. We were introduced to David Egan and we found that David's knowledge of the area, comparable houses and values was astounding. He guided the marketing and sale process with expert precision and plan which was proven with 44 inspections in 3 weeks. David Egan's determination, confidence and work ethic was incredible. The information flow was fantastic as we were kept informed before and after every inspection with a phone call. David went above and beyond our expectations. Even during Covid-19 Ray White Croydon had the ability to get us maximum results. They sold our home in 3 weeks at an auction above our reserve. That was amazing considering the other agency struggled to even get buyers to the inspections. David is amazing, hardworking and efficient.
David made sure that our experience buying our first home was a unique and stress free one. He always showed us kindness and respect whilst making sure to be available to answer any questions we might have along the way. Anxiety is to be expected during the process of buying a house but David always provided reassurance and great support. We had an amazing experience and could not recommend him more! Forever grateful for his assistance!
David was everything one could expect of a first class agent. Easy to talk to, great advice, always keeping us informed, great negotiator, continued after sale follow through. Excellent!
David has made the process of purchasing our forever family home very smooth and as stress free as possible. As new comers to live online auctions we were very apprehensive about how things would work, but David went above and beyond to ensure we were aware of the process and what to expect with an online auction. He was quick to answer all my queries about the property and our overall experience was extremely positive. Thank you David
