From my very first enquiry, David stood out. He responded incredibly quickly and eased my concerns within minutes, giving me confidence that I was in the right hands. Unlike other agents who left me questioning their process, David’s plan aligned with my own research and thoughts, which immediately built trust. What impressed me most was his genuine confidence in his ability to sell my property. David wasn’t interested in pushing expensive, flashy marketing just to increase his commission or my costs- which is another thing that separated him from other agents. His advice was always practical, honest and transparent. His communication was exceptional. I never once had to chase him for an update because he was always one step ahead, keeping me informed and making what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward. His extensive knowledge of the local area and years of experience were evident in every conversation. If you’re looking for an agent who is trustworthy, responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely works in your best interests, I couldn’t recommend David more highly. Five stars isn’t enough.

Selling a home can be stressful, particularly when there are moving parts and unexpected challenges along the way, but our experience with David was outstanding from beginning to end. From our first meeting, David demonstrated a high level of professionalism, market knowledge and genuine commitment to achieving the best possible outcome for us. What impressed us most was his communication. David kept us informed at every stage of the process, always responding promptly, explaining situations clearly and ensuring we understood our options. We never felt left wondering what was happening. David’s calm and confident approach gave us enormous reassurance throughout the campaign. He was also an exceptional negotiator. Excellent communication & very experienced!

David was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. He was professional open and refreshingly honest throughout the entire process. What truly set him apart was his communication he kept me well informed at every step and always made time to answer questions clearly. I never felt pressured only supported and well advised. David is a trustworthy and dedicated Real Estate agent- highly recommended!

IIt was a sudden development and we needed to sell my Mums home to move her to care David was so helpful as I was obviously emotionally stressed and also needed to involve my Mum as much as possible. David visited my mother at the Care home and she related to him very well and they were both enjoying conversations when I arrived. This has been a most successful outcome for us and David has exceeded all expectations
