As you would know, buying a property has never been easy. We may have a vivid imagination of what our dream house look like and unless we have the means, it could be something difficult to achieve. In this way, I have been looking and searching over many places, from online to the physical offices. Despite the efforts, I often came home disappointed. Disappointed because, majority of houses that I have seen were not really what they are and the real estate agents were not particularly great either. In time, I have learned to manage, and to many degrees lower, my expectations. In addition, I came to realise that this is a seller’s market and not the buyer’s market anymore. Then one day, I saw something online. I really wanted to see the house in person so I asked the agent. Kevin was happy to organise an open home inspection. I came to the property and talked to the agent. During the conversation, I noticed Kevin is very attentive and respectful. For example, he asked that I take my time to take a look around and provided space for me to do so. In addition, he listened to my concerns and addressed them with care and honesty. Similarly, Kevin is reliable. I often lost track of the numbers of times that I called him in a day and when he was busy, he would call me back as soon as he could. When he agreed to do something for me, he made good on that promise. And if I was to measure Kevin’s conduct against his peers’, not based on my expectations, I would say that he is a proper person. He demonstrated that he has the integrity to do the right things. As a result, I was able to find what I have been looking for. And I can see why the vendor picked him to sell their house.
