On previous occasions on selling one of our properties we have had more personal contact with the agent. The actual settlement day seemed to be insignificant- there was no personal contact by David, it was our Conveyancer that informed us that the transaction had been completed. I contacted David sometime later that day. My wife commented that on other occasions of a selling experience we have had more of a celebration with a gift of some description .

David appears to be on top of market conditions and has an uncanny knack of being able to evaluate potential prospects from the sticky beaks. The verbal follow up virtually immediately after inspections kept me informed of total numbers, feedback on property presentation and challenges faced by various prospects. Overall a very good experience.
