Inexperienced as I am with real estate I was sooooo pleased that David from Belle real estate introduced himself to me .Then ,non invasively .he kept in touch . For three years I was sent a reminder of Belle ,by occasionally receiving updates of their work . I admired their marketing ,their sense of style ,their patience and obviously their ability and technique . Just the occasional reminder with no hard sell. .So I thought If I could get the right price I would would sell and of course I turned to Belle ,where I found Jack . Jack was all that I had hoped for and why not ,under David ,one would expect him to be all that he was,. Jack did not behave as many salesmen do, he had worked me out ,a no frills , no jargon just guided me , a novice at this game ,just wanting to sell imy apartment at the price I wanted ,.with no hidden costs .That is exactly what happened . I wouldnt have been ones usual client but I don’t think I was difficult . Jack seemed to understand me ,he knew I was intent in doing it in a straight forward manner ,so he let that happen and knowing I didn’t understand the formalities he helped me and not in a drawn out manner ,everything to the point. .He was great and I will be back .
