I recently found myself in a situation where, due to lack of work, I was under presure from the bank to sell my property and needed an agent who understood my circumstances and was able to work with me to get the best possible outcome and allow me to downsize without too much stress. I didnt help things when I went looking for other places and bought somewhere subject to the sale of my home but David took it all in his stride coming up with weekly stratagies to excelerate interest in my home and invited his team to escalate interest with their potential client lists. Looking back I dont know why I was so stressed as David made it happen and I am now happily housed in my forever home which I could afford outright with the settlement of my sale.
