A couple of years ago I spoke to David about selling my home. He advised to hold it if possible as the prices in the area were just starting to rise. Come forward to October 2016 and David and I had another conversation where he indicated that prices were close to peaking in the area, so I determined to sell the hose with David as the lead agent. David has a process. At times the process is a pain but it worked to my benefit. He is exacting when it comes to the preparation of the house for sale, in my case even helping (with some others from his office) to execute a 'mini-makeover' of the front of the house to increase the street appeal. However I suspect he was as surprised as I was when an offer was made within a week of the property being listed on the internet. The interesting thing was that even though the offer had been made, he negotiated an increase in the offer prior to me signing the contract. I would certainly list my house again with David. David is genuine, approachable and does care about obtaining the best deal for his clients. There are still a lot of stereotypical agents that would sell their mothers for 5 cents around, David certainly isn't one of these..
