David was overall very good, the thing that stood out to me most is he seemed to have time to talk, explain and listen, where other agents may give you the bare minimum of information and fob you off a little. I feel David expected the inspections to go better, especially in the way of attendance, but having sold a unit before I knew the inspection visit rates would be down. Although he may have been disappointed by this, the low visit rates didn't seem to worry David, he powered on and in the end got the job done with a good result.
