The things that most come to mind about David in his handling of my sale, are the professionalism, thoroughness, courtesy and comprehensive effort he made to accurately value and sell my property!! Comparison properties in the region proved difficult to find. Davis found very close examples however, and even after initially valuing the property, he was not comfortable that an accurate representation of its worth had been made. And so he asked whether he could bring his whole Sales crew to inspect the house and get their inut as well. A range was agreed upon and the house sold above mid point of that range some eight days later. Regular and thorough updates were provided along the way and in particular after inspections by potential buyers. I thoroughly recommend David and those in his team who also worked for me.
