David went above and beyond when I purchased my first home. There were some issues that arose with the bank and David negotiated with the owners on my behalf to ensure that the sale would still go ahead. He was constantly in communication with me during the entire process.
We couldn't recommend Dave enough. He was amazing with communication through the marketing and sales process and while we didn't meet in person he is a friendly and very professional operator. On top of all that he achieved a sales price we were stunned with. Dave and his team have bene great. We are interstate buyers stuck in lockdown and Dave's team support our numerous questions, and video walk through with ease. A very comfortable agent to talk to as well as Jeremy from Harcourts too. These guys gave us their time to talk through a location were unable to visit in person.
